Nikki has been in the mental health field for the past 10 years. She has worked in the mental health field for over 10 years in a variety of roles and settings. She completed school at Adler Graduate School and receiving her masters in co-occurring disorders. She is dedicated to meeting clients where they are at and respecting their morals and values. She has a special interest and experience those with criminal justice involvement in their lives. On her off-time you can find her playing with her 2 cats, 2 dogs, or the turtle. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as gardening. She is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor and is moving towards LPCC licensure.




Isha Caldwell, MS, LADC

 Isha has worked in social services and community mental health for 10 years. Her counseling approach is solution focused, working with clients to reframe negative thought, and reducing triggers rooted in childhood and other traumas. She has experience working with children, adolescents and families, as well as individuals with developmental delays.  Some of the issues that her clients work on include system issues, life transitions, reducing anxiety and depressive symptoms, and substance use issues. Her passion for this field lays in prevention and reduction/early intervention for clients from substance use and mental health symptoms. Her motivation for doing this work is to help people of color and Black/African Americans work through their life struggles. In her spare time she enjoys watching movies and crochet.
