Due to an increase in outstanding balances, Arubah now requires all clients with a copay, coinsurance, and/or deductible to keep a credit or debit card on file.  

 

Processing:

After each appointment, we will first submit the claim to insurance. Once insurance processes the claim, the card on fill will be charged for any copay, deductible, or remaining balance related to that date of service. Payments will be processed weekly on Fridays. This process helps ensure that payments are handled promptly, so services can continue without interruption.
