Therapy sessions typically last about 50 minutes and the frequency of appointments will depend on your specific treatment plan. Therapists are Masters level or above mental health providers. Arubah is proud to have providers from many different disciplines.

At the Healing Center we offer one-on-one yoga sessions to explore and expand mind-body awareness. Whether you're new to mindfulness or have hours of meditation under your belt, having an opportunity for breathwork and mindful movement can benefit you! Warrior Two

Arubah welcomes students seeking internships in the mental health field whether your track is social work, family therapy, or counseling. Interns will get valuable training in clinical therapy.

On January 1, 2026, we will be providing Children's Mental Health Case Management services. Services include assessments, individual and family therapy, in-home counseling and skills training, day treatment, and case management. To learn more about this service, click here.

Medication management services provide safe, effective oversight of a person’s medications to support their overall treatment plan. These services are typically delivered by licensed prescribers or pharmacists and focus on making sure each medication is needed, dosed correctly, and working well with minimal side effects.​
